Located one mile from Rehoboth Bay and two-and-a-half miles from the Atlantic Ocean, the Meadows at the Villages of Old Landing offers the best features of Delaware coastal living in a quiet, residential setting.

Our family-oriented, inclusive community comprises 145 single-family homes on five courts or circles, each with islands that residents proudly help to maintain. The Meadows at the Villages of Old Landing encompasses expansive acreage with open spaces and extensive common facilities. With grants from the Delaware Forest Service, The Meadows at the Villages of Old Landing plants dozens of trees annually and has been recognized by the state as a tree-friendly community.

The Meadows at the Villages of Old Landing features professionally landscaped common areas and facilities including:

  • Four attractive ponds with lighted fountains. The ponds are stocked with fish, which homeowners, residents, and guests may catch and release. Ponds are surrounded by wildflowers and buffer zones designed to attract shore birds such as egrets and herons. Purple martin and bluebird houses are positioned throughout the community.
  • A swimming pool open to residents and guests, generally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  • A spacious clubhouse, equipped with a full kitchen. Homeowners and full-time renters may rent the clubhouse for parties and special events.
  • A dedicated parking area in which residents may store boats, recreational, commercial, and other non-passenger vehicles.

In addition to easy access to the bay, ocean, shopping and public parks – including Cape Henlopen, Gordon’s Pond, Tower Beach, and Delaware Seashore State Park – the community is just a short drive away from public golf courses including Baywood Greens and The Rookery. Our Homeowners Association also organizes social events and community activities throughout the year.

Our community is located off Old Landing Road, between Coastal Highway and Rehoboth Bay in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
